Polyamide color masterbatch in early April: Infuse stable colors into polyamide fibers!

In early April, textile production enters its most active period of the year. Polyamide fibers, with their excellent wear resistance, elasticity and strength, are widely used in sports clothing, socks, underwear and industrial fabrics. Polyamide color masterbatch is specially designed for coloring polyamide spinning. Using polyamide 6 or polyamide 66 resin as the carrier, it scientifically mixes high-concentration pigments and dispersing aids to provide a coloring solution for polyamide products with uniform color and clean process.

Uniform dispersion, smooth spinning

The pigments in the nylon color masterbatch have undergone multiple grinding and surface treatment processes, resulting in fine particle sizes and uniform distribution in the carrier. After being mixed and melted with the nylon sheet, the pigments fully expand with the melt, and the spun filaments have rich colors without color differences. The carrier resin and the nylon sheet have good compatibility, and the melt index matches the conventional spinning process. There is no tendency for pigment agglomeration or filter screen blockage, and the breakage rate remains at a low level.

Excellent color fastness, resistant to washing and sun exposure

The nylon color masterbatch uses heat-resistant and light-resistant pigments of appropriate grades, which can withstand the high-temperature melting environment during nylon filament spinning and will not decompose or fade. The colored fibers maintain good color under water washing, detergent washing and sun exposure conditions, meeting the color fastness requirements of sports clothing, swimsuits and outdoor products. At the same time, the pigment molecules are firmly combined with the nylon matrix and are not prone to migration or staining.

Simplify the process and reduce emissions

Compared with the traditional dyeing process, using nylon color masterbatch for pre-dyeing during spinning eliminates subsequent processes such as water bath dyeing and heating for fixation. The entire production process does not produce dyeing wastewater, and the energy consumption is relatively lower, which is conducive to controlling the environmental load in the production process.

Rich in colors, flexible in customization

The nylon color masterbatch covers conventional color series such as black, white, red, yellow, blue, and green, as well as special color series like fluorescent colors and metallic colors. Users can customize the color according to the color sample, and the color reproduction from sample making to batch production is relatively high. In addition, functional additives such as UV resistance, flame retardancy, and antibacterial properties can be compounded to achieve integration of coloring and functionality.

Batch stability, easy to use

Each batch of color masterbatch undergoes color difference testing and dispersion tests to ensure consistent performance between batches. The product is supplied in regular granular form, without dust, and can be directly mixed with nylon pellets in proportion and then added to the spinning process. The operation is simple.

Choosing nylon color masterbatch means moving color management forward to the fiber manufacturing process. In early April, it provided each nylon filament with a distinct identity through uniform and stable colors.
