Nylon masterbatch is a high-performance coloring additive specially developed for nylon (nylon) materials. It is made by precisely mixing and granulating high-quality pigments/dyes as the coloring core, combined with functional components such as nylon compatible carrier resins, dispersants, and antioxidants. With its core advantages of excellent compatibility with nylon substrates, outstanding high-temperature resistance, and strong uniformity of coloring, it can efficiently solve the pain points such as color difference, color spots, and color migration that occur during the coloring process of nylon products, while also taking into account the retention rate of mechanical properties of the products. Adding high-efficiency dispersants can evenly disperse pigment particles to the nanometer level, avoiding color spots, streaks and other coloring defects. In terms of production process, the "precise batching - twin-screw melt mixing - underwater pelletizing" process is adopted. By regulating the screw speed and mixing temperature, it ensures that all components are fully dispersed and the particles are uniformly formed. In the production of nylon filament (FDY, DTY, POY) and staple fibers, nylon masterbatch is mixed and spun with nylon chips through the original liquid coloring process, which can endow the fibers with pure and rich colors, and has excellent color fastness (both wash fastness and rubbing fastness can reach grade 3-4 or above). Even after multiple washes or long-term exposure to sunlight, it is not easy to fade or change color. It is suitable for the production of high-end clothing fabrics, socks, carpet yarns, home textiles and other products. It can not only meet the demands of fashionable clothing for diverse colors and fine textures, but also ensure the color stability of carpets, home textiles and other products in high-frequency usage scenarios. In addition, in response to the demands of functional textiles, anti-static, antibacterial, flame-retardant and other functional composite nylon masterbatches can be prepared to endow fibers with multiple added values.


In the field of engineering plastics and films, its weather resistance and stability properties demonstrate its value. In the field of nylon engineering plastics, nylon masterbatches are suitable for injection molding processing of automotive parts, electronic and electrical appliance casings, mechanical parts and other products. They can withstand the high temperature and high pressure during the injection molding process, and the mechanical property retention rate of the colored products is high, without affecting the core indicators such as strength and toughness of the products. It has excellent weather resistance and anti-aging properties at the same time, which can resist the aging and yellowing of car interiors caused by long-term sun exposure and the long-term use of electronic appliances. In the field of nylon films, color masterbatches are used to produce packaging films, barrier films, etc. They can ensure uniform color and good gloss of the films without affecting their barrier properties and tensile performance, meeting the dual requirements for film appearance and performance in scenarios such as food packaging and industrial packaging.
